Well, we set off yesterday at 7.30 to collect my new Landrovers from Northern Ireland. Caught the ferry from Holyhead to Dun Leaghorie, and the Kind Mr Dave K met us off the ferry. Unfortunately, we then hit a blizzard. Going past Slane was exciting, with nearly 4" of slushy snow on the roads. Grabbed the Landrovers - I can wholeheartedly recommend Todds Leap 4x4 for ex utility LR's, excellent serivce.

Epic drive through the slush back to Dublin, onto the late ferry and home. Stopped for a few quick guiness on the Lifey...:001_cool:

Got in at 2.45am:thumbdown:

Mines never let me down yet.

But that's because I have replaced everything.

Ha ha - Like Trigger's trusty broom in Only Fools..

"I've had this broom for twenty years... I've replaced the stick 10 times and the head 7 times..." :D
