Tennis elbow....

Evening all, I have been struggling big time with tennis elbow for a couple of months now..... i have tried all the usual pain relief, anti inflamitories etc etc.

Has anyone out there got advice with dealing with this niggling, annoying and at times very painful problem.

I can't hold a cup of tea in my left hand, and squeezing out the toothpaste in the morning usually ends in agony.

Oh and yes i went to the quack and he said it never completely goes away, you cant heal it, and i should rest........... yeah right, i've had 8 days off since May!!

Perhaps its time to employ more lads, but in the meantime it would be heavenly to stop the pain

Cheers,

Pete

Training and Health section on here mate, massive amount of info, big thread which should come up with a search.

Epicondical clasp

See a physio

Take glucosamine

Change your climbing technique

And yes, you will need to rest.

I've got mine under control now, but two years ago I thought I was finished.

Good luck with it mate.

Exactly the same as above.

Also try massaging a wet ice cube on to area. Masses of people on hear suffer.
