Be nice to see a picture of your log store barn Jon:thumbup: trouble is I know how sh1tty you got about the cord wood pictures :lol: jsut hda a loko adn "english grammer" courses aint too expensive mate go on mate book yourself on a course mate :thumbup:Mate It would make for so much better reading mate rather than guessing mate what the hell your on about mate in your posts mate.

HI all do anyone out there just processor there logs out to customer. or do you barn seasoned your logs i see more just out to customer here now owell thaks jon :thumbup:

 

Hi Jon, if you want repeat orders barn store for 12mths customers will always pay that little bit more for ready burn and you will be top of the list next time, thats how i used to sell it- stopped selling wood about 3 years ago and still get calls from old customers for wood.:thumbup1:

Hi Jon

 

I've been doing it straight off the pile in 4ft lengths after being stacked for 12months for a while - just started doing the same with 8ft lengths and am finding that the moisture content is way higher!

 

My timber is mainly Birch and Hornbeam ,so have invested in some vented 1cm bags and now do it that way,brings the MC down very quickly

 

course,then had to buy another tractor to move and load it.........
