Oh that brings back memories......

This is what was left of my Land Rover when I picked up my first trailer.

I rolled it once in the road and then though the a hawthorn hedge to land the rightway up in a farmers field, with trailer still attached to the back.

Not something I wil forget, although having said that I cannot rememeber everything that happened.

mickey thompsons arent they? or are they maxxis? should be road legal I reckon

as for land rover bodies being solid, who are we trying to kid, the bodywork is soft soft soft, its the chassis that's solid, and unfortunately I reckon that chassis may well be bent. if its done that to a 5mm walled winch bumper, it coulda easily done worse to the 2-3mm chassis.

bad luck mate. but certainly better than your conscience woulda been otherwise, their fault or not!

fair play to you I say, and heres to a quick recovery for you and the 90

It’s a shame we act instinctively to protect the Darwin award candidates.

Know what surgeons call bikers? Organ donors.

Picking biker out of the grill would be easier than straightening that lot out.

Walking away from that makes you “well Ard”, if a little brused.

Hi guys, cheers for all the good wishes, oh my god am i bruised!!! I've got a fractured collar bone, fractured ribs and the metal holding my left wrist together (from a previous accident!!!) has dislodged itself!:scared1: I think the landy is pretty written off, all parts are available!:001_smile: No the biker didn't stop b***ard! And i ripped my new husky forestry jacket, well pi**ed off!!! I think a two week recovery period is a little optomistic!!! But you know how it is when you have plenty of work on and a contract deadline on the horizon its a bit of a nightmare, my heads up my arse, bloody tablets drs given me make you very mellow:001_cool: only had a couple of hrs kip since saturday morning when this happened, cant belive the pain and to finish it all off the xbox has also decided to die just to add insult to injury!!!! Christ almighty i've been hurting and i know about being hurt after being stabbed, shot and run over by a 7series bmw doing 60mph+. Once again thanks to all for your support, its really appreciated.

Now that is a bummer  I tore some ligaments in my ankle playing rugby and could not work for 5 weeks, but did manage to get good at halo3 in the mean time. Was it the 3 red lights of doom? if so microsoft will repair it free of charge.
