Hi all is there any demand for wood chippings ? most of us just despose of them by the truck load

 

Is there a Market for them ?

 

Do people buy them ?

 

Do any of you find you can sell yours to companies or anyone ?

Do people buy them ? Rarely because they want decorative bark

 

Do any of you find you can sell yours to companies or anyone ? No but they'll happily have it for free sometimes.

Hows the drilling work going??

Hi Ian thanks for your reply . The drilling is going great . At the momentvi am working over in penzants For a few weeks doing rock stabilisation overlooking the sea it's a lovely spot to work .

 

I love drilling with the 303s on the rock face excellent fun plenty of tree work to so get the best of both worlds

I keep a couple of truck loads and a few landscapers some for some, its advertised as mulch.

 

But its best and easiest just to get shut where ever you can :) from my own experiance and circumstances

i sell mine to diffrent people, from a country park, and builder merchants to joe blogs on teh street , and might start to see if i can compost it on my land and shifting that as well

I let mine rot down,couple of landscape companies round me love it,so I deliver by the truck load for a saturday morning shilling or two.:001_smile:

Dont have a market for mine just give the stuff away, friend of mine sells his, artic picks it up and I believe it makes its way to a power station.

 

How dry does it need to be to go to a power station?
