How big have you guys gone?

I'm thinking not as high as I used to think!

 

I've done some 110' Lombardys, but you don't get too near the tops of those!

 

Tied in high up a few bigguns doing inspections, but a genuine 100' climb has been pretty rare for me. That's the way I like it.

 

My Calvins never did recover from those Lombardys....

Ha ! Did you climb it ?

 

well... its a long story but.... no!:blushing: i climbed the one next to it which turned out to be a few feet shorter! but spent the day up there taking photo's of people in the other tree! bit of a shame really as most of the pics look like someone in the top of a short tree as you dont really get the depth!

 

it took blooming ages to climb though, big shot and SRT to the first branch then just climb climb climb! :thumbup1:

Its in Dunster , Somerset :biggrin:

 

Went to see that one myself recently , quite fancy climbing that for fun. Hell of a tree.

I climbed what i think is the tallest in Cornwall, being that spruce I mentioned.

So You should be, getting somerset and cornwall mixed up.:001_rolleyes:

Its okay though, I wont tell anyone in the cornish nationalist party where you live.......:lol:
