Thinking about getting a go-pro and was just wondering what software you guys use to Edit videos?

Is it easy to edit them?(With a Mac-Pro)

Where do you get the software from?Free to download?

Cheers

Adam

Super easy, just plug in and go.

My mates generally use imovie and get nice results, but if you want to go all out there is plenty of usable downloads of Final Cut pro.

Taupo,

we use them for everything, small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and nicely in a pocket for being out and about. Obviously no nice handle on there but as it's so small it doesn't really matter.

The new one they've just brought out looks great.

iMovie on the mac is good enough! until you get bored with its limits, fun easy and simple to use.

I've been thinking of the new go pro hero2 you get more frames per second and better picture quality too and there will be a wireless remote soon too.

The wifi remote will work with the hero1 and 2 but it will not stream live images to a computer. I think the best bit is that YOU can control upto 50 gopro's at one time with the remote so you can do away with another camera man.

Hope this helps

Hd Hero2 for the same price as others its software is miles a head, but in fairness the Hd hero1 is very good, so is the Drift HD170.

iMovies is good and easy to use.

Final cut pro X is awesome but costs nearly £200. If you want to upload your movies quickly if using moves or pro cut get compressor 4 as it makes them smaller files.

Motion 5 if you want to create your own effects.

Hope this helps.

P.S for those who are not on a mac video pad is super easy to use.
