PeteB you said a mouth full, at 52 I can and still do out work most folks 1/2 my age. I lost 30 pounds just over a year ago and I am not going back to being compared to the Dunlop Tyre salesman while demonstrating my product. Unless you have a life or death illness to deal with in this line of work your life is what you make of it.

I'm 41 now, wont slow down, still work out 3 or 4 times a week, work 6 days a week when need to, and feel more comfortable in my own body now than ever before. Does help that my wife is 10 years younger than me.
