respect PRIVATE PROPERTY that includes land and the trees that are on it.

No owners permission no climb or enter.

 

I agree my syntax friend. But Climbing a tree in a woodland or a forest is not disrespect. Indeed you point out it is the property to which respect is owed, not the owner of the property or his right to it. So as long as we show due respect off we go. If climbing a tree is disrespectful to trees, then maybe your in the wrong game. Personally I cant think of any greater respect for a tree then to get up in it's crown and say "how do?"

theres no tresspassing law in scotland, its all down 2 using the green cross code, picking up dog dirt n closing gaes behind u n that.

legally you can go pretty much anywhere in scotland n nobody can say anything as long as you dont make a mess.

i cant see many people up here complaining about people climbing like
