same here,had geny stolen out of my lockup&6cube of hardwood,stealth camera is geting orderd this week.

Get the best camera you can afford to ensure the light fingered ones are caught. Worth every penny if you get your stuff back. The police always want the best pictures to work with.

Same idea but like thick grease and a nightmare to remove from humans.

 

Treat certain areas and warning sign the firewood stacks. Worked in this area.

 

There is an alternative rural method but I cannot post on the open forum.

Some nice gents tried to nick some of our suff but the week before I set up a load of trip wires with shotgun blanks and a couple of cameras so I got some great pictures of them pooping them selfs when the blanks went off lol

On a smaller scale in a village nearby many years ago, a rough living neighbour who never washed himself, stole his neighbours firewood as required. The victim drilled a couple of logs and emptied gunpower out of cartridges in the holes and resealed the holes.

A few days later the bloke that never washed walked round the village looking rather sooted up. Those were the days when police could be more hands on and not human rights. I bet the blast was a laugh to see.
