Those cameras look great ! We've just blocked up the gate they got through with a muck speader , until tommorow when it gets filled with 10 ton of rubble. And shelled out for a load of cropper proof chain .I recon it was about 10 + cube if it was sawn up . I guess i will have to leave everything in long lenths so they cant move it !

On a smaller scale in a village nearby many years ago, a rough living neighbour who never washed himself, stole his neighbours firewood as required. The victim drilled a couple of logs and emptied gunpower out of cartridges in the holes and resealed the holes.

A few days later the bloke that never washed walked round the village looking rather sooted up. Those were the days when police could be more hands on and not human rights. I bet the blast was a laugh to see.

I know someone that did that too. Soon sorted the problem out:thumbup1:

I think the mentality of firewood value needs to change from us guys.

It is becoming in more demand year on year, and when you think ready processed its worth more per ton than scrap(and that walks).

If its left unattended its going to go!

Are there any companies that insure timber? a lot of time and money is tied up in stacks of cordwood. I asked the company that insures our plant and they could'nt help.
