spoke to a chap on the phone this week from gmd [garden machinery direct]

based in hereford,phoned up to see if they had a 372xp in stock.

noticed on their web site they have a t540xpt listed and priced,but thought they are not out yet,so asked the guy and he said JAN 2012

yeah I was told its gonna be released early next year, we have just got 1 for a weeks trail and in all fairness they have done a better job of a low emission saw than stihl!

what happened to the 338xpt? i have one that i use part time. air filter is crap design- gets well dusted on outside, and is held together by the same bolt that holds outer casing to it.

besides that no problem, so far!
