what is the biggest problem?

The customer that won't listen/ doesn't understand.

Example: can you reduce this leylandii by 80% and make it look natural? or reduce by half and keep the nice pointy top?

I use saws not magic wands 😐

Educating customers is the answer but some have no common sense at all and there's no fixing stupid

it may be partly down to enrolment "encouragement" but I suspect it is as much about the simple fact is, IF and its a BIG IF, your efficient, a quick thinker, and a good planner, you can make a lot of money, and go home early still in this game, not as much as we once did, theres a little competition around these days. but if your a little quicker, a little faster a little more efficient, more reliable, easier to work with, youll get more than the very vast majority.

 

So it is TRUE you can earn a shedload of cash, but it is always going to be an exception to the rule, and they aint teaching the sort of skills in collage you need!:001_rolleyes:
