For large jobs Yes Depending if you took a tractor and trailer along, this would save the guy a lot of backwards and forwards

Yes again if a non-local tree surgeon was in the area and would again save him having to take the waste back.

No as 90% of tree surgeons have some form of taking the waste away them self's Chipper or trailer.

No as you might no be able to change what another person will charge but that business there will always be some one lower then you.

My 2 cent on it.

This idea could work on larger scale jobs as Tom mentioned... if you can make logistics easier for a tree company then they may very well use you.

I can think of three jobs in the last two months where a tractor and trailer would have been amazing!!

Obviously you would need half decent access for tractor trailer combo, and the figures would have to stack up to make it worth your while.... so perhaps offer the service, dip your toe and see what happens! Good luck

For me...with a small domestic job, i want the brash chipped as quickly and efficiently as possible, so that we can get cracking and move on to the next job. I think that established co.s with chippers etc would simply do the watse removal themselves.

My humble opinion is that this service would be better suited to co's without the means to chip etc or larger scale jobs.
