It's pretty simple, if you register it under an exemption for agricultural use you should be using it for.....agriculture.

 

If you are a tree surgeon you aren't entitled to use an exemption intended for agriculture.

If you think of a subject that you want to know about, stick it in search and do a little revision, then when you post a thread, you will be more specific.

There are the rules and what you can get away with if never caught, that doesnt make them new rules:lol:

Oh right. I didnt know if Forestry was classed as a kind of Agriculture or if forestry was part of the exeption

 

Agg is agg, forestry is forestry and comes under the agg exemption. Back garden conifers and the like is tree surgery and not exempt
