what about a crop sprayer they are agg and dont have pto or linkage ?

 

so how do they power the sprayer or pumps ? PTO ? .

 

Secondly the name gives away the reasoning behind its clasification .

It's pretty simple, if you register it under an exemption for agricultural use you should be using it for.....agriculture.

 

If you are a tree surgeon you aren't entitled to use an exemption intended for agriculture.

I thought ag reg you need to stay within 30 miles of base. For forestry you can go country wide.

Agg is agg, forestry is forestry and comes under the agg exemption. Back garden conifers and the like is tree surgery and not exempt

Are back garden conifers not "urban" forestry?
