They arent that hard to get apart. I take the straps off and put them in the washing machine.

Gonna try Stevie's freezer tip though.

you can get a replacement foam liner for in the helmet from most suppliers for a couple of quid

I have soaked mine in warm water to soften it then I just rub fairy liquid straight on and rub it into the straps and swill in warm water.

But realistically for under £50 you can just have another:thumbup:

 

P.s can we have a video clip of you washing your smelly helmet and also does it smell like the seaside:001_rolleyes:
