Looks a great job mark, good weather to. Beats cutting blackthorn like I was yesterday...

 

Thought Richard and steve did the blackthorn? 

Lots. 2/3 of the Tranny back with boards was filled with dust and rakings.

 

We try and minimise the dust by bore-cutting the rings and quartering them with wedges, but it didn't help much this time!

 

I reckon that tree could have been done in a couple of hours with a crane and something that could haul away big lumps, but that would have meant a road closure.

 

I was stiff on Wednesday, for sure.
