15 is very good mate.

I've been slacking recently, we are benching on Tuesdays a bit now rather than Mondays, which pushes the press up challenge back to Friday, doesn't feel the same after end-of-week beers!

That benching hurts me, I do no weights just loads of wrestling,jiu-jitsu and mma conditioning, I have been to fond of the beers myself lately don't want say how many as its to much. Asda and there crazy prices have a lot to answer to. Give me to the start of feb and I will crack 20 and it's time we posted video to confirm our efforts.

Going to give this a crack in the next day or so, been doing a lot of Gym lately getting ready for Phase 1 which isn't far off for me.

Been finding doing Rowing Machine on Max Resistance [10 on ones I use] and do 2.6km as fast as you can followed by a set of weights, then 2.6km best effort on treadmill, weights again, treadmill again, weights again followed by 10km on bikes and your advice awhile back was right Mark about weights - been doing 15 lifts, breather then doing 12 then 10 in each set and feeling the benefits already, gone upto 14 stone when earlier this year was just a shade over 10 stone.

Either way rambling aside, will give the pressups a crack and post back here
