7.6 0_o... And there's me thinking I did quite well at push ups lol. That actually is a preetty good way of breaking past a plateau in weight training. As of now it is incorporated :)

This challenge has inspired me to get back into my training again..... however after doing the press up challenge late thursday night, i woke up this morning with some very sore muscles!!

I said about this press up challenge to a guy I work with sometimes. I know he is a bit of a fitness nut and he tried it there and then and got to 15.2. Spoke to him the other day and he said he is up to something like 22 - 23. Not sure I believe him but if it is true my god he is doing well !
