How do i manage that when i am stacking timber road side or splitting timber to dry ?

I think what he's saying is if you e.g. have some logs to deliver and a quote to do in the same area do both in the same trip and try to work efficiently.

There's no getting away from repetition with some jobs though....

my only tip would be - if its not broken dont fix it !! it really is far to easy to try nd fix something or improve something that is not broken or that works perfectly well . Often trying to fix or improve something thats not broken only masks the reall issues and thing that do need fixing

My best piece of advice is be sure you always have a dump before you go to work, nothing worse than getting caught short

Sent from my iPhone cos it was

Now that is good advice!!!!:thumbup1:

a Bog roll in the hand is worth 2 in the bushes

I've had to knock on someone's door and lie to them about having a bad cold to get bog roll so I could go and have a nature poo in the field next door cos I got caught short. (There was no question of using their loo before you say it).

ALWAYS CARRY BUMWAD and a shovel.
