todays little project

took this ash down 2 weeks ago the customer wanted me to carve a lump out the trunk to make a seat so i said i will have a go never done any carving work before

now the idea was to carve it out with the 441 and do the finishing of with the 200 but as never of them wanted to run i done it with the 660 and a 30inch bar j

Martin - I have a problem with this, here I am plastering over artex in my kitchen, covered in crap and you are out there having fun with your hareem of chainsaws. it just isn't on:001_rolleyes::lol:

 

Nice job, good grain and think you are right about the rock hard wood I was describing to you - it is elm, same grain and colour!

 

Nice new toy - I have a new bit of kit on order - something to play with on the next "Boys day out":thumbup:
