Roundup being removed

I wouldn't say that roundup is one of the least harmful or damaging herbicides there is, yes there is worst but its not good stuff! Would be very surprised if it gets removed, It's too versatile.

So what's less harmful than Roundup? Apart from not using a herbicide at all?

The Patent for Round-up expired a long time ago. Many companies produce like products with Glyphosate, weather Monsanto takes it off the market is pretty much a mute point.

I am sure that the enviromentalist wacos will continue to work hard at removing what every they can to maintain their quest in life. Not to worry there will always be another product available for the consumer to use. Planned marketing and obsolescence at work.

I think the point to remember here is that while the primary ingredient glyphosate is considered safe, there may be human toxity issues with some of the additives put in along with it to increase it's action. So don,t get complacent when using the various formulations and versions on the Market and be careful.

Out of interest ELG I,d heard in the states you could get super strength round up?

 

PS had a look at the easy lift system at Saltex excellent bit of kit. I could be tempted on may next equipment buying round.:thumbup1:
