This might be a stupid question, but when I send you a saw in to repair do I need to put the bar and chain in as well. It's all packed up but I forgot to pack the bar and chain in with it as I've been using it on another saw.

Thanks will

If you are asking me.....I have pretty much all types of bar and chain excluding the MS880 Stihl type. So...small Stihl, mid Stihl, Small Husqvarna, big Husqvarna etc not an issue!

Ah yes. Sorry spud I was asking you it's a jonsered 2083 same mount as a husky 372. Are you busy?I'll try and get it posted this week.

Am I busy....seems the local dealers am making it very easy for me, I have a two week backlog now so send it in in two weeks as it won't get looked at for a wee while!

372 mount is fine, got 20" & 24" bar and chains in that mount!

Just went to the shed to look at the devil's 036, cleaned the lightly scored piston up and cleaned it all up.

Put back together and it's either the different light or its my luck but the scores are back from just pulling it over lightly by the flywheel. Cleaned the case out with mix, dab of silicon on the gasket (both sides) I can see like, grit from the exhaust port. I'm pulling my hairs out here. I hate that thing.
