Recreation climbing and the law?

Just do it mate. If there's any chance that a bit of dislodged deadwood might hit someone then pick another tree. The notion of not being allowed to climb trees is silly. We're primates ffs.

I started climbing trees as a kid and I learned how to do it safely. At boarding school where I was,  I was always climbing up in the trees and I once climbed right up to the very top of the tree and that's how I got my buzz and my experience of climbing, and it was absolutely awesome and my teachers was worried that I would fall from it but I knew how to do it as I was also climbing the trees when I was living with my mum and dad. I absolutely loved it. I fell 10 feet  from a tree while working in Crossflatts near Keighley for a firm called NACRO based in Wakefield in 1989 and I ended up in Airedale General Hospital for a couple days but it didn't put me off climbing. I still love the buzz and the challenge of climbing trees to this day.

The charity I was working for had me working with them. Foreman used the day as opportunity to shag girlfriend and crew took it out on my chipper by throwing a brick through it.
