All Jensen chippers, from the 6" to the 12" come with adjustable speed in-feed rollers as standard, give me a shout on 07880 646067 or drop me a pm and we can arrange a demo for you.

Morning Ed, you never got round to buying me that beer at the APF!

GreenMech also fit an adjustable valve on their infeed system, but like a previous post says, slow speed gives dust and slow work rate with the added problem of heating the oil very quickly, something that one supplier found out by putting a big pump on a tracked machine for high track speed then having to fit a "gag" to slow down the rollers to the correct speed.

If you really want to produce dust - buy the right machine in the first place and not an arborists woodchipper!

Pete, how's it going, the beer is still in the pump and I will buy it for soon:thumbup1: give me a ring sometime.

As the initial request was for a small chipper there are not many small drum chippers with screens ie. less than 12". Variable in-feed speed on a disc chipper offers a solution to this problem all be it not the best one!
