We all moan about this country occasionally. When you see pics like those though, it makes you realise how lucky we are to live somewhere that has such stunningly beautiful places still .

The first pic is missing an arb in a vest lopping the top out of the poplar (I think) to the right of the house, that would give it some "centre".

It's a lovely village, but believe it or not it's in Essex.

Not really, North Essex should be Suffolk really. You wouldn't believe North and South Essex are the same county!

Our children had to have home births here to make sure they were Essex girls - make it Suffolk and we'd have had to drive south in the snow to do that.
