Id love to set up a booby tap for them, something that would cause them a great deal of pain and suffering , and me a lot of satisfaction, anyone any ideas? mind you, you'd probably be done for it by some backwards law.

A Husky combi-can, Husky holdall, Stihl MS260 and a 2-piece Stihl bar cover.

If the bastards nicked that lot they would never steal again!

We were working near tilbury docks a couple months ago, 4 jerry cans of diesel with us, you can see how close we were but they still managed to take it from site:confused1:

it was stacked inbetween the trailor and pick up by the tow bar on work site side of trailor and pick up

Sorry for the derail, but many years ago when i used to work on the roads we were closing a road coming out of tilbury docks which involved quite a big back to back diversion about 300 signs iirc, that we put up through the night so we could close the road at 6am the next morning by the time we had got to the end of the diversion most of the signs had been nicked (for scrap).

Nothings sacrid anymore.

LMAO So Its only honest men that steal un-secured tools

to be fair i can see exactly what is meant by egg's quote, trouble is that all too often you can't nesscessarily deter the thieves, merely delay them
