Heads up, had a couple of saws stolen from inside the truck whilst we were loading to go! N13 6 DL. Must have been away from the truck 45 seconds max! My 200T and a firms 365 special.

Words can not describe how pissed of I am!

Be careful.

No one will be excused from not protecting their kit. I have heard read the same type of post a Hundred times if I read it once. The theifs are constantly looking for a easy mark, don't let the theifs get your kit. I would love to come over and catch some of these folks lifting all this kit, boy could I make an example of them if they were lucky enough to remember their names by the time I got done.

There were 3 of us constantly loading the truck which was 5M away from the house which we had to go through. As I was contract climbing for another company my saw is not covered by their insurance!

Ordered a 201T from Justin, don't know if its as good as the 200 and the Husky isnt out yet!:sneaky2:

Lots of thefts, and attempted thefts around here atm. I know of dogs having been poisoned and gas axes used to gain entry. Also they were sniffing around at my bosses last night.

No adays it is a case of if you havn't got someone actually right there the whole time you are a target, they can here us working for half a mile or so,for most of the day, like flies to a jam pot.

They know we are tired & bussy, they dont get punished much if they get caught, they are desperate mostly,so we are vulnerable.

I don't wish to be rude, but this is stating the bleeding obvious!!!!!!:001_rolleyes:

And if none of us ever left stuff unattended nothing would ever be stolen, but in the real world its not always possible or we make a mistake.

Id love to set up a booby tap for them, something that would cause them a great deal of pain and suffering , and me a lot of satisfaction, anyone any ideas? mind you, you'd probably be done for it by some backwards law.
