I went to manchester on the weekend and bought some 'Chinese Tea' from a supermarket in china town. Its called radix lithospermi and an internet search brought up the common name as gromwell root. Has a lot of health benefits and tastes quite nice. I wonder if its dangerous to drink too much of it?
