If it's tpod and dangerous then couldn't you have called it dangerous to the TO and have it exempt from conditions? I did that to one today! And it looks in a much better condition than that.

 

the TO should/will come out to assess the tree under the statutory DDD notice so it shoudnt be a given

That too, the TO did look at my tree too and said I won't have to apply, I put it on a form with a few other trees anyway but phoned up as this ones got kretz and is unpredictable.

 

What do you mean by history woodpicker?
