wet round your way too dave?

not seen the ground so wet here for years!

Yes I can see that pretty soon all the wood that I have in the field will be inaccessible till we get a hard frost. It turns from hard ground to mud at the click of a finger.

Just ticking over nicely about 10-15 loads a week in this crazy autumn weather. What about you Jon what sort of volume you moving? Give us all a rough idea rather than the normal "doing nicely" :001_rolleyes:

Thanks Phil

Around 27-45 m3 per week (loads are 1.5m, so up to 30 per week), really busy since Sept 1st, but gone quiet this week! so busy with the processor for a few days on some nice dry stuff to re-fill barns.

Steady sales, was sleet and cold this week, but only got 27 metres out. A lot of new customers, still new stove owners looking for logs, most of our regulars are well stocked up.

Not complaining, there is lots of T/W to get done before Christmas!

Quiet couple of weeks, posted 800 flyers now and all local villages should be aware of my firewood business now, so its up to them to give me a go and hopefully some will.

We've got nicely in front of our selves with billeting etc, 3 new customers yesterday so cant grumble to much.
