Cleared 114 cube so far most to regulars will not pick up till November when all the weekend warriors sell out. Bring on the cold

 

 

How many do you hope to clear in a season. We did 550 august to august last year. Enough stock for 600 this year. All cut split dried and ready to sell.

HI JIM can i ask how do you store 600 TON is all cut into logs yes/no if yes is this in one lot thanks jon :thumbup:

600 cube john this year got 200 bags strait of processor stored outside all summer and then stacked under sheds mid september. And 400 in billets. Sheeted down outside. Just keep topping sheds up as needed. Billets Are a great way of dealing with oversize stuff and brilliant for storing alot of wood in a small space. Obviously more handling but i find the positives out weigh the negatives

HI JIM so there in billets not 600ton in one large load as they would go mould all over them no air when the are 20ft high or deep thanks jon :thumbup:

We have a 175 m of billets 400 m of logs some in bags some in heras fencing cubes. Then the rest is in cord around 200 tonne will be having that kiln dried .

Wanted to do 800 tonne this year but will be well short by 225.

Just waiting for it to start. Have a few customers that stock up between May and August. Goes quiet for September and October then phone starts ringing in November when it's cold dark and wet and they want it delivering the same day they phoned cos they've got no logs left!
