That's about the fastest most welcoming, welcome on any forum! Thanks guys.

I'll field small animal questions in exchange .. but as in your job... eyeballs and hands are way better than remote exchanges...and just as for you 'my tree looks ill..what's wrong with it?' isn't much help without details.

I'll put the beginner questions in a new thread...

Hi there, I'm new as well, been lurking for a few months and Steve sorted out my login problems and here I am.

I'm also in North Wales at Glan yr Afon nr Bala so maybe we can help each other!

Vet man, welcome.

If you're going to carry out work yourself, think long and hard first because you can't reassemble it after.

If you're going to get contractors in, get really solid recommendations or use a register like Checkatrade.com. Don't use Yellow Pages or similar as there are no controls or vetting process. Also get a recommendation from your Council Tree Officer.

Good luck and be safe.

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
