i reckon i must be the only person that likes the makita saws, bar lee.

When i was at Otley college a bunch of blokes from the Army turned up with makita saws one morning - off to do felling tickets of something - each saw was in a box about the size of a suitcase with spares/files/bars/chains etc.

Ian you have won the prize thats the right answer:001_smile:did you ever post how much you made for your charcoal burn?:001_cool:

Made about £450 from the first burn, there was about 300kg in the burner. As it was the first one not sure if its good or bad.:001_smile:

Nice thing to do making your own charcoal, bit of ancient tradition there, would love to give that a try.

ms 660 with a 36" bar (my wife agrees), and husky 372xp with 18" and 24" which does the bulk of it and I reckon it's similar to the ms 460, but just picks up quicker and sounds nicer raaa!!!:sneaky2:
