I seem to attract mozzies, midges etc., and react badly as well. Always have done.

I always carry decent repellent, and this normally does the trick, but now and again the little buggers slip through the chemical net, or nail me when I get out the shower etc.

Does anyone out there have any tips on how I can improve things?

I'm particularly interested to see if anyone has had any luck with diet stuff, B vitamins etc.

Thanks.

I`m told if you eat a few cloves of garlic every day the oil seeps out your skin and that can help with mosquitos. You smell like garlic though.

If I eat any more garlic I swear I would turn French!

Those little vampires love to suck my blood too. Deet is way too toxic. Try mossy guard natural, works.ok unless your in a jungle then deet is the only way. All that vitamin b12 is a load of.rubbish just gives you bo. Trouble is you just sweat any repellent away.

No easy answer really, they never stop having you but in the end your body will just stop making the bites go red and itchy if you get bit too much.

Avon as above. Used by the hill stalkers who have only midges for friends. But it boils down to blood group, they really love one (can't remember which mind) and are pretty easy on the rest. They leave me alone, but I can't remember what blood group I am :001_rolleyes:
