i dont think it is poison ivy!! it has a much tighter weave. ive climbed on it for about 5 months and its great i havnt footlocked on a quicker rope and ocean polester is a great hitch cord for it. the only bad point is that its not CE marked so we shouldnt be climbing on it at work but in the next month or so a new blue moon re designed and CE marked is coming out.

I thought blue moon was poison ivy to, wasn't poison ivy and exclusive rope to sherrils for 2 years, and now the 2 years are up others are stocking it, only the poison ivy colour remains exclusive to sherrils.

 

What you want Q is some tachyon :)

i climb on blue moon found it to be a amazin line. i do question the splice it comes with as mine has been re whipped and lookin at a re splice because the factory one leave s a lot to be desired other than that best line ive used yet.

 

pete if your worried about the colour then try takin your dress off and it may not be such a issue
