had a visit from 1, of there inspectors this morning ,theyd been tipped ,that i was running composting operation @ mi yard ,chap was less than impressed that he had been sent on a wild goose chase,&wasting his time & said all he could see was logs & chip & nothing of intrest to them ,got in his car & went .on site 3,mins @ most :sneaky2:

 

i hope the a/h that rang them his happy wasting the tax payers money :001_tt2:

I hope you have already registered with the Environment Agency for the various exemptions otherwise you may be in for a nasty shock when the letter drops through your letter box. Site visit was only to suss out your operation the tedious desk work would start when he gets back to the office.

Whats he going to get done for trying to earn a living the honesty way (hard graft).

the harder you work and the more honest you are the more you get hammered by the lot of them, were easy targets, easy to track and trace and we coff up everytime.

We have the same type here as well woodpicker, Code enforcment is their name here, only advantage to a bad economy is most of the staff for this department has been let go, Not in the budget. One silver lining from a bad economy.

Over here the only ones that are having a buget that is increasing and by the way still asking for more are the europe ministry in Brustals and these are the ones that are so far removed from reality that the think wood is dangerous and require a licence to transport wood chip :confused1:

good job he didnt look behind the trees, where you are composting all that green waste mixed in with mercury and arsenic :sneaky2:
