Fire's been off and on the last few weeks, can't enjoy a nice single malt without it. Switch the tv off and leave the phone and laptop next door. Just you, the fire and the water of life .

In my view a log fire makes a house a home, as my own logs don't cost me anything, why not have it on as much as possible? It's not so much to do with heating, just feels better when it's on
