My eldest boy wanted some rope to play with on his new slide so hecould pull himself up, I gave him a lanyard and twist lock krab, a quick safety breafing and left him to it.

this is what he came up with, he is only 5 aswell. I am very chuffed to say the least :)

Hehe! That's superb!

 

Reminds me of that video posted a while back of a young lad splitting kindling with an axe. It's remarkable what kids can do when you don't molly-coddle them and allow them to explore their abilities.

My four year old lad surprised us yesterday by carrying a 14lb shop weight in to the house from the garage, in one hand!

 

Maybe he'd make a good groundy for your boy! :laugh1:
