We put the quad onto the truck by first driving it onto a single axle iffor trailer with tailramp, then turning the trailer round, putting the jockey wheel end as low as possible and puttign the tailboard on the back of the truck, the whole trailer is now a loading ramp, then drive the quad up the tailramp onto the truck.

Of course you have to take the trailer with you to take it off the other end so only works if we are taking the trailer not the chipper. Why not just put it on the trailer I hear you ask? We only do this when we need to take the stump grinder as well so that goes on the trailer.
