Thats so true, I used to be one of them n'all. I'm surprised new harnesses don't come with a golden virginia pouch clip attached.

yeah it makes you strong when you start out..up to a point!..but only is certain muscle groups.

 

you need a gym to counter the effects of cabolitism ( break down of muscles due to over training ) or doing the same reps everyday. runners have stron legs for running..and the run everyday...but not for maximum lifting ..like strongmen.

I've been in tree work for getting on for 14 years and I am a lot stronger today than I was when I started and I have not set foot in a gym in those 14 years :001_tongue:
