Went and saw Gordale scar today, well impressed

 

Spent a while scoping the finger holds up the face up to the cave,

 

Damn the ravages of time and the floating miniscus........................well that and a spare tyre or two

Impressive when the waters flowing strong, which it should have been today. I've done thousands of miles all over that area on a quad, best way to see it.

i have spent many weekends on the campsite at the scar, in all weathers. you should see the looks on japanese tourist faces when you walk past them and their cameras and start climbing up the frozen waterfall! thought it was worth mentioning when you said you were in that area!
