Some info for those asking what the specs are.

PLEASE NOTE!!

The Husky specs and pic are from the Husqvarna web site but the MS201T pics and spec are lifted from posts in Arbtalk so they might not be offical(no offense Steve:001_smile:)

I much prefer husky for conventional saws ,346xp better than stihl ms 260 , but I would have to admit to just buying a brand spanking new ms200T the're really pucker , any way let others try out the new saws and tell us of their experiences so we know what to buy another time after any teething problems .

thought u had huskys in the photos of your container rob

I do. But they aren't my work saws. We have two husky leccy ones and a 357 currently out on loan. The pictures showing the saws are old. There is now a 660 in place of the husky 365!

I was looking at the husky as it does seem to be a nice saw and they MUST have got it right by now!

But, they squared off the back end and the new stihl is now rounded(which was my major gripe with the 020)!

If only husky and stihl would send me one to try out.:001_rolleyes:

Otherwise I'm going for the AMA top handle.

Personally i'm sticking with the 200t for the moment. I'm happy working with it, used to it, happy maintaining it etc.

I will look forward to hearing how people get on with the new 201t, but i can't see myself ever switching to husky.

Stuck in a big stihl rut!!
