Not recommended but managed to carry on for rest of the day without having to change anything, luckily noticed the ‘noise’ stopped and then reversed the infeed drive I think it would have killed most other chippers, put a few dents in blades and holders! Will take photos of rotor and teeth when I get a chance. G50 metal some of it on the chip heep:cursing:

one word... how? :blink:

 

 

some 'characters of lower than average intelligence' at work managed to feed a tyre iron into the farmi 260. im told, sparks et al out the chute, but they reversed the rollers and never thought to check for damage, just wondered why chipping efficiency was next to nought!

 

turns out blades were about 45% missing! :thumbdown:
