I'm 6' and 15 stone and cant remember the last time i went into a greggs and bought just a pasty...... its usually 2 or 3 pasties a couple of bottles of lucozade a mars bar and on Fridays fish and chips:thumbup: this job makes you hungry:lol:

 

P.s the skinny boys bruise easy and have to use the lady button (decompression buttons):lol:

Weight isn't the issue unless fragile tip walking lol but fitness sure is.As everybody said cardio is important for climbers and groundies alike

I'm just under 6,5 and at moment hover at 21 to 20 and half stone

I don't struggle but I do sweat like a pig haha

If you have not used a lady button before, maybe thats cos you cant find it or didn't know it was there in the first place?

 

Judge is possibly the largest (tall and big) climbers I know of and one of the easiest and most at ease movers in a tree I have ever seen.
