do manor ash normally split as much as this??? and what are they grafted too??

this was at a private house but she had a consultant come out and name all the trees!!

it was a big un!!!the bark was very thin like a beech and very interesting!!

when we used to do storm clearance for the council we made sure we visited the avenues of these first and it would be a bet one in three had split or shead limbs!
