They have a risk assessment called DORA.

This stands for dynamic operational risk assessment. This means that the risk can always be assessed and re assessed all the time so no paper work when turning up to a job cuz the risks are always changing. Yes I was in the fire service and yes there was a lot of politics.

They do enter burning buildings to rescue people, so they still have my respect for that.
