:biggrin:Ive been in an out of tree work for about 5 out of the last 10 years, climbing and ground, I started out working for the tree specialist australia powerline clearence, then moved to the UK went to college, worked in North Wales and then in Norwich, I was lucky to find good small opperators to work for and with, who gave me a lot of really good experience.

Never wanted to run my own company, all i ever want to do is climb, after another 2 years carreer break, in the YHA, better money, I am back working 2 months for a mate who started in tree work the same time I did. he now has his own tree company in NE Victoria.

I am now wondering at 31 where I am going to push my climbing career next, do I work for small companys and get loads of little back yard Climbing, or do i go to a bigger company do loads of ground work to learn about big rigging, and crane jobs which I have zero experience in, or do I get into the compitition climbing, which Ive always wanted a go at. or should I go back to college to sharpen my tree knowlege, exciting times. one thing I know is that climbing makes me happy to be alive and at work. and I look forward to the challanges it will bring.
