How much on average do you pay for TM?

about £230 plus vat a day for lights and signs, but just put up. nobody from lights firm to control them. have to do it yourself if you want them all red.

not alot as we have our own TM side of the company . but if we are working for another company then it is dependant - 2 way lights with lane closure including set up and take down for 24 hours is £210.00 + vat . however we have firms that use us a fair bit and get a reasonable discount

You go to small hire places like speedy hire, rapid you can hire them for 150-200 for the week can also get cones and signs for penny aswell

You or someone on site must have chapter 8 if using signs, so if not you have to pay the traffic mgt company to supply a guy to sit there all day which will put up the cost significantly. last time I had lights plus chapter 8 guy was £435:00 plus vat for a day!

Do you have anyone with chapter 8 as a hefty fine can be issued and insurances will be invalid without it!
